Welcome to Modd. By creating an account or using the Modd web application (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Modd is an AI-assisted tool that analyses a CV against a job description and produces a revised document, score and report. Output is generated by large language models and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before sending it to any employer.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
- You may not share your account with anyone else.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the CVs, job descriptions and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process Your Content only as required to provide the Service and to improve safety and reliability.
4. Access and payments
Each account receives one complete report and one additional locked report preview. Further optimisations and full access to locked reports require an active pass. Weekly and monthly passes are planned at £3.99 and £17.99 respectively. Checkout is not currently available, and Modd will not charge you until you explicitly confirm a future checkout. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that using Modd will get you an interview, an offer, or any particular salary. Salary ranges shown in reports are estimates only.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
