This policy explains how recurring Modd passes can be cancelled and how refund requests are handled. Dodo Payments hosts checkout and processes payments for Modd. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. Cancelling a recurring pass
You can cancel a weekly or monthly pass at any time using the subscription management link in Modd or in your Dodo Payments receipt. You can also contact Modd for help.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your pass remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund or applicable law requires access to end sooner.
2. Refund requests
Dodo Payments identifies itself in hosted checkout before you confirm a charge and on your receipt. Contact Modd or use the support link in your receipt to request a refund. Do not send us card details.
If you change your mind, contact us promptly and within 14 days of the relevant transaction. Consumers in the UK, EEA and certain other countries may have a statutory withdrawal right, subject to its conditions and any rules for digital services begun at the consumer's request. A change-of-mind right does not generally apply to later weekly or monthly renewal payments unless applicable law says otherwise.
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or could not receive the paid service because of a fault in Modd. We will investigate and, where necessary, give the payment provider the product and access information needed to review the request. A full refund ends access to the refunded pass; partial refunds preserve access unless their cumulative value reaches the full payment. Cancelling a subscription only prevents future renewals; it is separate from requesting a refund and does not automatically refund time already paid for.
3. Problems accessing Modd
If payment completed but your pass is not available, contact us with the email used at checkout and the transaction or receipt reference. Do not send card details. We will investigate access and work with the payment provider where necessary.
4. Price changes
Current prices and renewal periods are shown on the Pricing page and again in hosted checkout before you confirm. Any change applies only as described in the notice presented to you and does not remove your right to cancel a future renewal.
